Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential program designed to help associates and their eligible family members resolve problems, including emotional and personal conflicts, family problems, substance abuse, stress, financial or legal concerns, career concerns, and other issues of a personal nature. The company pays the full cost of the EAP for associates and eligible family members, and services are completely confidential.
Tuition Assistance Plan (TAP)
Following one year of continuous employment, associates may apply for tuition assistance for college-level courses related to their jobs or that are required for a degree in a field related to the business of the company. Approved courses are reimbursed up to a maximum of $5,250 per associate per calendar year (maximum of two classes per semester), according to program provisions.
Scholarship Program
The H&R Block Foundation offers scholarships to the dependents of associates to assist with their college expenses.
